Might need to add more description of what you want. Maybe add desired connectors?
Itâs the charging cable that came with it. I have it sitting outside for a night and a critter chewed the end off . I canât seem to get a part number from wise support. Leave the other end a female USB c or micro USB connector.
Is that a Wyze Cam Outdoor v1?
Might be hard to get parts because the Outdoor v1 is no longer sold.
Did you get the L shaped adapter here? It is not made for the WCO. Just for your information the WCO is not made to be powered all the time especially outdoors. Donât come back crying that your cam got water/moisture in the USB port made for charging indoors only. ![]()
It is a USB A to micro USB cable that is easy to find, you donât need to get it from WYZE. This is one of my originals that came with the camera and WYZE power adapter. I have no idea where you got that angle adapter but it also USB A to Micro USB. If you are using a USB C power adapter 5V 2 A you need a USB C to Micro USB cable.
My WCOâs came with a standard Micro-USB to be used when charging indoors, then placed back in service somewhere after removing the Micro-USB Cable and âre-seatingâ this area with the rubber piece that is normally attached there to keep water and dust out:
I have a few pigtails that came with solar panels that can be connected to a WCO, and that required me to remove the rubber piece that seals that part of the camera in order to use that larger piece you are showing connected to your WCO. But my pigtails are much shorter than what you are showing in your picture:
This shows the MicroUSB female end of that pigtail:
If you have removed that rubber piece from your WCO, and you place the camera outdoors, water will compromise the camera and it will fail.
If you have power at the location that this camera is being used, you should consider a Wyze V4 or other non Battery Camera.
Perfect! Thatâs it. I had it connected to the solar panel for quite a while and took it down to monitor what was getting in my trash. Then I got the new Outdoor cam/light and didnât put the V1 back up. I had left the pigtail in so it would remain waterproof and some critter came along and chewed that female end off. So I got that with the solar panel, been so long I forgot. Iâll have to see if I can get a part number for it. Thank you. No, I have no power at the location. I also must have misplaced the the little rubber plug.
No, thatâs not it. And you need to really lose the snarky attitude in your âdonât come cryingâ answer, it isnât appreciated in this forum. Especially when your answer is incorrect.
