Hey guys, I was told that my video doorbell pro is not compatible for the web view so I will need to get another doorbell. I was told by Support that I will need the video doorbell v1 which is wired, with plugin chime and will work with the web view.
But searching wyze products, I am not seeing this doorbell, so can anyone give me a direct link to it please?
Video doorbell V1 is probably out of production; itâs an old model. The only other doorbell is the Duo, but mine wonât connect to Web View.
I donât have a Wyze doorbell but I believe this link is a v1.

If the blue bell icon indicates itâs a v1 doorbell here is a link that does not say Reburished.
I do not have any video doorbells at all, battery or (wired) like the v1 which I gave to a friend down the street and it is still in operation. I will never purchase a battery powered cam or doorbell from any vendor even though my four WCO v1 cams are still pumping out videos every day. The possums like the WCO but a squirrel kicked one over yesterday and it fell about 3 feet, but it still works. 
I have a V4, V3 Pro and a V3 that can view the approach and the view of my front door. I still have a regular push button dig-dong doorbell that nobody ever uses except the Jehovah Witnesses every spring and fall . 
I have a regular push button dig-dong doorbell too. I do have a v3 inside a window watching my porch.
My electric house doorbell broke years ago. Felt no need to replace it. Knocking still works. I have a v4 and v3 out front. Friends and family call ahead before arrival.
Thanks but sorry, I am a little confused by this, Is this showing that the V1 does NOT work with web view? If yes can you give me a direct link to that info or tell me how you found it so I can double check with them please?

It says the video doorbell v1 will work with web view, the WYZE cam outdoor v1 will not except for events. The confusing part for me was the video doorbell pro, it is listed on both list. Since it is a battery cam it probably only can do events and not continuous streaming on battery only? Why canât it work if it is wired and powered ? I looked at the install directions and it says it can be wired in addition to battery.
My older son just got out of JW. He unknowingly married into a JW family where the brideâs uncle is an elder. We thought we would have to get men in hoods and a panel van to abduct him. Fortunately things happened and he got divorced about a year ago, They said he wasnât devout enough.

A Jehovahâs Witness knocked on my door last night, I asked her in, sat her down and said âRight, what do you want to talk about?â She replied "I donât know, Iâve never gotten this far beforeâ
They show up in flocks about twice a year, sometimes every other week. They have always been polite but still annoying. Now I just look at the cameras and donât answer the door.
I do that for anybody who walks up to my door. Just like I donât answer my phone if youâre not on list.

I have a few cousins who are JWâs. Matter of fact you guys might like this one.
One of my cousins was visiting us few years ago. Doorbell rang, and I said to her âDonât answer it, most likely will be JWâsâ. She just looked at me with a puzzled look and I didnât at the time realize what I had just said to her.
I need something like a CCTV setup with 24/7 monitoring and VHS type rewinding. Just 2 nights ago the weather here was terrible and some time between midnight and 5am, my neighborâs daughterâs car got itâs 4 tires removed.
We were all shocked because, in the 35 years I have been living here, this has never happened. And my video doorbell pro doesnât record events accurately so I donât have any footage to give to her.
I have four cams facing the front/street side of my house, two V4, one V3 Pro and one V3. Two cams are outdoors and two are indoors pressed up against the windows looking out. All four of them are recording 24/7 to 256GB microSD cards. I live at the end of a street that is 23 feet from the house so I donât miss muchâŚ

Thanks. Tell me this first please. If you wanted to go back to say 12 hours to see if any activity, can you do so and if yes, how? Or do you need to rely only on events?
