Android Wyze app Cam+ filters broken, fine on iOS

This is a bug in the Android App that has been reported and Wyze is working on. Look for a fix in the next app update.

I have Cam Plus Lite and with the latest app versions am unable to filter by Person from both the Events page and the Filter page. The problem is described here: Unable to select event filters. Android V2.44.1 (326) I have submitted diagnostic log # 1140662. Someone else has posted a screen recording of the issue on the other thread. If it would help the techs research the problem, I could send a screen recording too - if so, let me know who to send it to and if there is any size limit.

I have a Cam Plus unlimited subscription good through March 2024. As of a few days ago, I cannot select ANY cam plus event filters. On the Events page itself, the cam plus “People” icon is there, but it cannot be selected either. I have signed out, closed and then ended the task and cleared cache within Android settings, reopened and signed back in, to no avail. No other apps have been added. Wyze app version: 2.44.1 (326) Android version: 12 What’s the scoop?
