Amazon HD 10

I have Cam Plus and an Amazon HD 10 tablet. Since the fiasco of Wyze messing up the Web Portal and then rolling it back to before their mistake, my Amazon HD 10 no longer connects to the portal. It quickly connects but after 1 second I get an error message saying that “Page Not Responding. Something went wrong while displaying this webpage. To continue, reload or go to another page” Does anyone else have this problem and if so did you find a solution? Thanks in advance.

It’s been awhile since I have been on an Amazon tablet, but do you have the ability to clear the browser cache on the tablet?

If so, I would start by clearing the cache, close the browser, reopen the browser, then navigate back to the Wyze Web View to see if it resolves this issue.

If you have not used the Fire Toolbox yet, you might give it a try. You may be able to get the Wyze App installed on your HD 10.

Steven, Thank you so much. I never heard of Fire Toolbox before you mentioned it. I installed it then ran it. It worked. I was able to add the Play Store to the Fire HD 10 tablet. Then I added the Wyze app and it worked. Now I added Google Chrome but it left me the same problems I had before with the Wyze Portal. So I added Firefox and tried the Wyze Portal again and now everything is right with the world (at least until Wyze makes unnecessary changes again). Much appreciated!

BTW, if you want another Fire tablet, Woot has some good prices.
