Can Wyze please make available for all the doorbells the initial firmwares that were released so that we can downgrade in case there are issues or the newer firmwares are buggy?
I’m not sure why pulled it off of the site I mean it’s kind of unfair right?
It’s just so useful to have and it’s only 11 MB. It wouldn’t think it would take too much but again it would be so useful to have these original firmwares.
Please make sure you vote for your wish as one is not added by default
EDIT
@umairatstride , you can visit this page and see what is available for download.

As you have discovered, Wyze does not offer Firmware downloads for all products. Some of this could be related to security updates that need to be in place. However, I am not a Wyze employee, so cannot provide a definitive answer as to why.
Looking at the list, it does appear that no Doorbell firmware is available for download

the problem is db’s without SD cards have no method that wyze makes available to download previous fw from their app - you get a buggy beta, you are stuck with it. One of many reasons I stopped buying wyze after my last v2 cam. Potentially wyze uses the usb port on the db’s that have then to load fw. I have not taken one apart to see if the usb only connects for power of if it also connects for data. if it does connect for data, then wyze could offer a method but I can’t see them supporting users that way since it also opens up the device to easier ways to hack it for use without the wyze cloud.

I can tell you why they’re unfortunately unlikely to do this.
Sometimes the initial firmware is no longer even compatible with the latest server or security updates. Sometimes older firmware, If you could install it, the first time you load up the device, it will say that there is a mandatory or a required firmware update in order to even work with the latest app version or server at all. So, what would happen is you would roll back to the original stock firmware, load it up in the app and it would tell you there’s a mandatory update and force you to upgrade to the newest firmware which would undo the entire point. This is what would happen with the majority of the cameras that tried to load the original stock firmware now. I know there were definitely mandatory security upgrades in early 2024. So loading most firmware prior to 2024 would just force you to update to the newest firmware anyway, because earlier firmware is not compatible or has security necessities that they won’t risk being liable for.
Now, this request will still temporarily work for some of the newest cameras that haven’t been out for more than a year, but they will also eventually get a mandatory update as they change server information or security requirements or the way the app functions.
Wyze routinely removes older firmware from the download page that used to be available as a download. But I have still been able to get a bunch of those from the wayback machine Internet archive. The problem is that when I tried loading them I got forced to update to the latest firmware immediately (the screen locks up and won’t let you view the camera stream until you update).
So before this request is useful, we’d have to convince them to stop doing forced firmware updates.
