All devices missing from app

Missing all devices on my android galaxy note 9

first time I’ve noticed this sort of thingover the last 6 months. I do run a separate brand for doorbells, and now I’m glad I do.

Same here. Pixel 3xl phone. It was working about 2 hrs ago. Tried signout and uninstall app etc.

It’s not a individual user fix and restart thing. The problem is with Wyze on their end nothing we can do about it (as individuals and users of the app). This is a really bad timing for me!! Can’t deal with 7 blinded eyes… Same, nothing worked even trying to add a new one.

Same issue for me. Pixel 3XL. update: Was able to access on my Moto G5.

Pixel 5 user. Still no devices. I have 30+ all gone and I’m out of town which makes it even worse.

Did anyone notice a quality difference in any of your cams after they came back up? One of my three came back up with a haze that we just cannot figure out. It was crystal clear before the devices disappeared.

Nope, the video was all the same quality on my end.

An oddly large number of scheduled events didn’t happen but my schedules seem fine now,

For me everything is back to business as usual … the Wyze guyz took care of everything quite quickly Good Job :+1:

You probably should contact tech support directly if the problem is persisting.
