All Camera freezing problems in App and Web

I can not seem to get a good streaming with these cameras anymore. They take a while to load on the app as favorites (Only3 there) and when I go into full screen for any camera it takes too long or sometimes it freezes. This is on the APP.
On the Web, I can only see my 3 favorite Cameras as a group, but when I click on 1 it freezes after a few seconds.
Wyze I am super annoyed with these cams, I have been a long-time customer, but I wish I can use another product now. I’m going to give you a chance to work on this, if not I will cancel my subscriptions and burn these cams.

I run 2 V4 outside, 2 V3 and 2 OG inside
I have 1 Gig Internet service and the latest TP Link Wi-Fi 7 Deco Mesh. My speeds are almost 840 Mbs (WfFi, not wire). All my connections are fast, so i don’t understand why is Wyze crawling like a turtle. My Eufy cams are sitting outside almost 2 houses down and work just fine.


Don’t burn them, give them to me. I’ll pay for shipping.

Things to check:

  • Under advanced settings on your TPLink Mesh Connections, do you have Fast Roaming enabled? If so Disable it

  • Are you subscribed to TPLink Seurity+, if so make sure the IoT Protection is disabled. When I enable that, weird things happen on my network.

  • Perform a Network optimization on the router. The WiFi channels could be congested.

Also: Can you provide which Android App Version you are running and include the Firmware versions of your V4 cameras and the others. Want to see if there is a difference between yours and mine.

Bear in mind your speed test is clearly on 5ghz wifi. You definitely do not have anywhere near that throughput (impossible) on 2.4ghz, especially not to single stream devices like these cams. So don’t rule out wifi/congestion issues.

I have a v4, many OGs, and two Panv3s, running the latest android app, no issues with freezing. Your symptoms sound like a connectivity issue, and @spamoni has given you some good things to check.
