I haven’t noticed this specific issue, but I’ve advocated elsewhere on the Forum for increased use of contrasting color cues in the app’s UI:

I mention that because the Devices tab is showing some use of color in a similar fashion, but this could be extended and improved. I have some Plug Outdoors that I’m not currently using, so they’re not plugged in anywhere, and the Devices tab shows these with an “Offline” message in red. Where other Device statuses show as “Off” or “On” (Bulbs and Plugs, for instance), I think contrasting visual color cues would be helpful.

Which do you mean? I’ve argued elsewhere that Wyze has failed in some of its design choices, particularly when it comes to colors that provide little to no contrast, and I sincerely hope that they’ll make better use of contrasting colors in future iterations of the app, especially if they’re actually progressing toward a real global dark mode.

I agree, and if you read @Seapup’s post in the current beta topic, you’ll see that they’re also making color changes to some elements in order to enhance contrast, which is something I sincerely hope they’re taking into consideration globally and not tweaking in piecemeal fashion. Ideally, they’re reworking the codebase so that they can support real theming in a global way going forward, but I don’t have any insight into that, I’m just .
