We are all know that when ever we receive a notification which only shows some message like Person detected or pet detected. It feels like that kind of information is not helpful, because you can not know the specific information. My house has two pet and I will never know that which pet is detected. And the text is extremely boring because it sounds like robot, can it becomes more user-friendly? The push notification can be: Hey we found your (name) pet at the living room, it seems that your pet feel bored, you should play with it". Do all people have the same thought like me?

So it sounds like the future of the AI and notifications may be able to do custom notifications that are much more useful and specific.

This is correct. One day in the not so distant future, you’ll be able to train your own “notifications” so to speak.
