If you are using the December 2021 version of the camera firmware change it back to the November version 4.17.1.290. Download the firmware file to your computer, extract the sd_update file to a SD card and follow these directions. I and many others had this issue and it was corrected doing this. I did mine last week and all cams are now doing the full 12 seconds. See directions below and a link to thread about this issue of double speed below.
