Yes that is the latest firmware for the camera but the latest for the base is 4.16.2.66 which I have not loaded. I know the base firmware was put on pause but it is available for download so you can install with an SD card. In fact it is the only one available for download right now. The November 17 2021 Base firmware is 4.16.2.37 and the cam is 4.17.1.290. The cam firmware is available for download and up date via the SD Method. You can try to add the old one or the new version for the cam via SD card and see if that will work. I have not updated either.
