5min delay between recordings w Campro Plus

Hi,

I have just installed my v3 camera and all good thus far.

I have the 2 week trial Cam Plus Pro and all of a sudden my events only record 5mins apart. Ive tried everything the chat bot recommended to resolve but no luck.

My intention was to subscribe to Cam Plus when the trual ends, but not if im going to have these kind of issues.

Anyone have any advice?

Is the trial still assigned to the camera? On the app bottom right tap account>services> and see if it is listed under Cam Plus/Cam Plus PRO/CAM PLUS Lite. Are you sure you have a free trial of Cam Plus Pro?, I think maybe Cam Plus.
