I have 3x V2 and all work great with Alexa and my Echo Show. Have had absolutely no problems.

I have a V2 and a pan they have both been recently updated I will list the versions below and the MAC after upgrading my pan it now works on Alexa neither worked when I first bought them the V2 still does not work.

I just returned an Echo Spot because I could not get it to connect to my 4 V2 or Pan cam. Got the skillset loaded and devices added to the app but when I tried getting the spot to connect and show video, no such luck. tried removing and adding them back, rebooting the cams, rebooting the spot, none of which worked. Got frustrated and saw all of the comments from the community about issues with Alexa integration I just said the heck with it and returned the Spot. No issues with the app connecting and streaming whatsoever so figured why bother with Alexa…

I was having the same issues with my Pan cameras not connecting to Alexa, however, I have not tried since this last update; I will check when I get home today. I hope this last update will allow my cameras to connect.
I have the same problem. 4 cameras work just fine on Echo Show but one does not. The one that does not work is connected to a different WiFi network. Maybe that is the problem? It works fine on my iPad and iPhone.
Update: I finally got my Wyzecam’s and Pan’s to work with my Fire Cube and Dot’s. I have a Samsung 7 series TV and after I logged out of my Samsung account (on the TV) and logged back into it, they immediately started working. All four cameras will now connect and are viewable on my TV. I also added my TV to Sumsungs “Smart Things” app, I dont believe that mattered, but didnt want to leave it out just in case. I hope this helps anyone else having the same issue.

Here it is June 1st 2021 and 2 days ago this has happened to ALL my cameras. Been on chat with Amazon for nearly 4 hours. They can’t find anything. Because “wyze is not responding”, it’s a WYZE problem. and now I find this posting , 2 years ago, with this same identical problem! @ WyzeGwendolyn I need a FIX please, FAST! or acknowledgment of it at least! HELP!
