2 Wyze Pan cams, 1 suddenly won't connect

My two Wyze pan cams were working perfectly fine long after firmware updates.
I did not make any changes to them or my network router.
One Cam will not connect while the other still works perfectly.
I power-cycled the broken one, but when I attempt to reconnect I am consistently met with a Time Out error.

Any ideas? Thanks

The only other thing i can think you do is reinstall the Wyze app.

Mine did that once, and I went back through setup process and it finally reconnected.

  1. Hold the SETUP button on the bottom of the camera until you hear “Ready to connect”.
  2. Follow the steps in the app to set up the camera in the app again.

Thank you. I tried the process three times. I do hear “Waiting to connect” but then I receive a “Timed Out” message.

If you have a microSD card in it, make sure you remove it before you go through the setup process.
