My two Wyze pan cams were working perfectly fine long after firmware updates.
I did not make any changes to them or my network router.
One Cam will not connect while the other still works perfectly.
I power-cycled the broken one, but when I attempt to reconnect I am consistently met with a Time Out error.
Any ideas? Thanks
The only other thing i can think you do is reinstall the Wyze app.
Mine did that once, and I went back through setup process and it finally reconnected.
- Hold the SETUP button on the bottom of the camera until you hear “Ready to connect”.
- Follow the steps in the app to set up the camera in the app again.
Thank you. I tried the process three times. I do hear “Waiting to connect” but then I receive a “Timed Out” message.
