Just received the routers toady. Plugged the router into the ISP device (ethernet cable provided) plugged in the power and waited for green light to flash. Started the app, allowed bluetooth for Wyze, and hit next until the discovery page appeared. Once it did, I pressed next and after a few seconds the light started flashing blue. Almost immediately returned the error ‘Cannot get IP address from modem’ Retried same thing.
Tried the second router and got the same error.
Any suggestions?
