We have unistalled, reinstalled, recalibrated numerous times and our lock continues to randomly lock the door. Auto Lock has always been off. Gateway is functioning perfectly. Lock opens and closes remotely with wifi or bluetooth. Logs have been sent at least 4 times.
Have you contacted support to follow up on these log submissions? Just submitting logs through the app is part one of the process, you then need to contact support and provide them the log number along with your experience so either they can provide assistance, or send along your information to the devs and engineers for investigation.
