Error occurs on tap for playback from SDcard. Card is Samsung Ultra Class 10 256gb and known good because i can manually scroll through video memory using the SDcard function

So oddly enough the SD cards on all my cameras started magically working after subscribing to Cam+ unlimited edition. This is proof that there are no bugs regarding SD card playback and this is deliberate. Simply put, they were preventing me from accessing the SDcard until I pay them.
I would think this is grounds for a class action suit.

I highly doubt it. I am on Cam Plus Lite and able to view SD card recordings on all of my five cams.

I found that group live view is much stable. I have been viewing it for hours and all connection are stable. The only thing I noticed is that SD playback is a bit jerky. For now, I’ll chug it to my internal network. I’ll keep monitoring and see if it changes tomorrow.
I just paid them their $100 for the unlimited and moved on. I’m too old to worry about it.
Actually the web portal is pretty damn good and allows me to view cams anywhere.
Not sure if this is a problem with the beta, with the pubic release, or with me not knowing how things work.
Saw a captured event of someone knocking at the door and talking on his phone. From the app, the video for event playback worked fine but there was no audio. I thought I wasn’t recording audio but check that it was enabled.
Then I went into the SDcard and scrolled to the event. (I record continuously) and played it back and the sound was there. Not sure why the audio did not play when viewing the event from the app.
One thing I noticed that when viewing the event from the app, without hearing the audio, my phone volume doesn’t make a tone when I tap the phones up/down volume. I can see the phone’s slider moving up/down but no confirming tone. Almost like the app doesn’t have permissions to use the phone speaker.
NEW INFO: When I’m in the main screen of the app, viewing multiple cams, the phone’s volume slider works and I get the confirming tone on every bump up and down of the volume.
If I tap on a camera, the confirming tone is gone
