Has anyone been able to get the flood lights working with the v3 RTSP firmware? I was able to successfully flash the firmware onto the v3 integrated into the floodlight, but I was unable to use any of the floodlight features.
If this isn’t currently supported are there any plans to release an updated beta for the RTSP firmware that supports the new accessories?
Good question. Don’t know but if I were you I wouldn’t count on it in the short term. Wyze’s RTSP builds are back burner items. I would guess they’ll do an update in the next year or two?
That’s kind of annoying, not a huge deal though, I really wish they would have waited a little longer to push the RTSP build knowing they were releasing these things a little over a month later.

I’ll definitely do that, I don’t imagine it would be insanely difficult to update the RTSP firmware to support the new accessories, or at minimum the flood lights
I created a ticket and got a response saying they’ll pass the suggestion to the product team, and to create a request on the Wishlist, which I have done and is awaiting approval, so hopefully we’ll see some activity on this soon.

Thank you for your question regarding the RTSP of the v3 to support the Wyze Cam Floodlight. Currently, there is no update if we are going to add accessories to the RTSP firmware but this is an excellent suggestion. I’ll definitely let our product team know, though the best way to get ideas on our official Wishlist is through our forums where users can post and vote for feature requests.
