wyzecam pan error code 42 and error code 90.

Cam suggests power cycle. No effect.

Cam rotates 360, waits about 60 sec and rotates again continuously.

Tried holding setup button until voice prompt. No effect.

Removed SD card and retried setup. No effect.


Can you try moving camera closer to router?

Moved cam to 10 feet from router. No effect.

In that case, you should file a support ticket, preferably from within the app just after experiencing the issue so Wyze can collect and examine the logs.

Just found the problem, my phone needed an update and the internet shows a 6.4% packet loss in the connection.
