I got a code error 90

I got two wyze cams pan 2. The latest one was working perfect for about a week and went offline, giving me a code error 90. I tried to do a power cycle and didn’t work. How I can fix this? Thanks and blessings

If you have done the power cycle and it didn’t come back online, you may need to run it thru setup again. Don’t delete it from the app yet, just rerun the setup install routine as if it were new and see if it will get it’s bearings back.

When you say power cycle, did you do it via the app? If so, unplug the camera, wait for about a minute, then plug it back in

Is not working, I will try to delete it and re-do everything again. If it doesn’t work I will return the camera and ask for a replacement
