Hello I have a Device Model=Wyze Cam that shows up in the app, I can view the images from the camera (live), but cannot format the SD card, It states that I need to update my firmware 3.9.4.35. When I go to Camera>Device Info> Firmware it says the my camera is up to date. When I go to my Account>Firmware Update the camera does not show up.
Any suggestions?

Have you tried to add the firmware with an SD card.? It show available on the release notes: You will need a clean/empty 32GB or smaller SD card in FAT32 format.
thank you, It won’t recognize the SD card, it tells me either that it is unsupported or the firmware needs to be updated
sorry, I should have added the the SD card is 64GB and I could swear that it worked in that camera in the past
To add firmware to a cam the SD has to be 32GB or smaller. If you get the camera updated you can use the larger card to save the event recordings.
