I recently had an issue with my vacuum where it lost the option to spot clean (the icon was missing on the map). I noticed also if I tried to set no-go zones it would say the map wasn’t assigned to the vacuum. I contacted support who gave me the usual troubleshooting BS and told me to reset the vacuum to factory settings… for me that was a non-starter considering all of the issues I’ve had with mapping. I finally have a good map, I’m not going to lose it! The solution for me was to go into the “Customize rooms” menu, edit a room name and click “Save”. This must reassign the map somehow and it fixed the issue!
