Is anyone else finding that they have a defective charging station? I received my vacuum yesterday. The first time using it worked well. When I moved it to another floor and plugged in the charging station, the light either flickers and goes out, or won’t light up at all. I’ve tried multiple outlets with the same result.
It would be helpful if the setup guide and manual had more details about the charging station, so users wouldn’t have to reach out to the forum for basic questions such as this one.

See if the charger actually charges the vacuum. If not, You may want to contact Wyze Customer Support about this issue!

phone support is typically faster however this isn’t always true due to fluctuation in the amount of calls.

Just to be sure I would also doublecheck the connection under the charger where the cord plugs in and make sure it is seated properly
