Robot vacuum won't power on

Hello, Curious if anyone had anything similar and if there is a simple fix for this. The robot one morning won’t power on- no lights, power button does not power on, connecting to the charger won’t do anything- contacts are clean, the blue LED on the charging station is lit.
Left if for 24hours or more on the charger- no change. I do feel the area next to the power/home button gets warm when it is on the charger.
Contacted the support, so far the only applicable recommendation was to charge it which I assume I fulfilled with the 24h on the charger with no luck, still waiting for a response.
Curious if the community has any input or should I work to get the robot RMAed.

2 days later, have not heard from the support. Is it normal lead time? On hold now too, but doesn’t look promising

For those that are having this problem, I have a fix.
I had this issue, warm power button and all… and I figured it was broken too. Also, owning an I.T. business, my troubleshooting knowledge told me that maybe the vacuum is just froze, and needs to be rebooted. My first thought was to take it apart, and unplug the battery from the motherboard, but I remembered that the power button gets warm, even off the charger, so I’ll just let the power button warm the unit till the battery dies, and try charging it. Well, a couple days later, my 3 year old noticed it off the charger, and put it back, and my wife came to me yelling in excitement telling me that the vacuum lights are working again.
So the easiest solution is to just let the battery die, and try it again.

This post is very old but I just wanted to let everyone know that this fix worked for me. I took it off the charger and it took 1-2 days to drain the battery. I made sure it was dead by holding down the buttons on the top and the lights no longer flashed.

When I put it back on the charger it immediately said “turning on”, which it didn’t do before and it shows “online” on the Wyze app again.
