Are the cameras completely, totally offline? (Cloud icon with diagonal bar through it) If so a personal visit might be in order to reset them. A pain I know - I have some over an hour away waiting for my visit.
Or can you view events from the cams but nothing else? If so contact support and submit a logfile to @UserCustomerGwen in this thread:
