I have a wyze thermostat that shows as offline when I try to access it from my android phone. This occurs on both the beta version of the app and the non-beta version.
I can access it perfectly from my iphone and the thermostat screen does not show as offline.
What gives? I’ve tried uninstalling, reinstalling, clearing cache, clearing storage, enrolling in beta, unenrolling in beta, ripping the thermostat off the wall and reinstalling it, flipping the breaker.
No idea what to do now. I have done probably 20 logs since I’ve started getting wyze products and not one of them has been addressed and fixed yet.
