Failed on both my iPhone 12 Pro Max iOS 16 and also on my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 running Android 9.

Attempts made at different times and days.
Updated from “bulk firmware” menu. However, I only updated the thermostat.
I may have been on the last app beta when the first two update attempts have been made but cannot say for sure. Don’t recall.
