Wyze spread to thin

**Honest opinion **. Really think they have a few good products, but looks and feels like they jump the gun on branching out into other products with out the info structure to possibly adapt to the everyday issues that all tech companies deal with daily. I understand the business side to be quick but on the customer service side when someone has a issue! It’s been over a month trying to get my Wyze band replaced, still have not replacement shipping details, this only last month it so happens I was waiting on a replacement outdoor Wyze camera that Received heavy water damage due to faulty seal.
Then after I just spoke with another support team member and suggested that “other” companies offer goods or services to customers who have a bad experience to promote good customer service…
Crickets…

Have you received any updates for shipment of the replacement units? Do you have ticket numbers? I may be able to get them looked into.
