So Yesterday for about 25 minutes there was no motion and sound detection while babysitter was sitting with my child and I’d like to know why does this happen? Also I am paying $7.43 for continuous recording and not understanding why thats not working. Also comcast picked up video of sitter during this time but wyze did not.
Continuous recording is only available with a SD card. It will record 24/7 to the SD card.
Complete Motion Capture (Cam+ subscription per camera) is different. It will record until motion stops. If it’s not detecting motion (you can adjust the sensitivity) it won’t record. It does not require a SD as everything is in the cloud.
