Hello,

I am experiencing an authentication issue with the Wyze API.

My Wyze account works correctly in the official app and on the Wyze website. I have generated a new API key, but authentication through the Python wyze-sdk library (version 2.3.9) still fails.

Endpoint: https://auth-prod.api.wyze.com/api/user/login

HTTP status: 400

Error code: 1000

Error message: “Invalid User Name or Password.”

This integration previously worked with the same account.

Could you confirm whether there are any known API authentication restrictions or changes affecting my account?

Just double checked my HA and Wyze stuff. All seems to be working fine. Did you recently update the Wyze integration? I did this morning and it mentioned a need for a specific version of HA or higher.

I am curious as to the sensor part of the question since the integration doesn’t support any sensors from Wyze.

I don’t see any of my sensors in the list of Wyze devices in Home Assistant. Admittedly, I only have two or three now…motion sensors only.
