I’ve now had two Wyze Sense Hubs just stop working. “Ready connect” voice doesn’t work, it makes a clicking noise. Tried holding reset. Left unplugged. Tried different cords and adapters. This is a big reason why I didn’t renew my home monitoring service. And now on top of that, the “Submit a request” link doesn’t work. Is this something that Wyze will fix? Or should I just throw all my sensors in the trash?

The help site and chat bot was very recently updated. Others have reported a problem with submitting tickets there and Wyze is aware of the issue and working to fix it.
Until it is fixed, if the soft reset and hard reset procedures have not worked to revive the hub, you might get better results by submitting a ticket by phone:
