Wyze sense contact and motion sensors go offline immediately after adding to camera with bridge & sharing with one other acct

How can I recommend them? Don’t see anything in the app - should I simply reset and add again?

If you haven’t already tried this, sometimes simply unplugging the camera with the bridge and wait about 15 seconds and then plug it back up corrects connection issues.

I just tried sharing my sensors to another account and had no issues. I would definitely open a support ticket on this. Sounds like you have a defect with the bridge or camera.
