Tried setting up my Wyze Scale X yesterday…and the app appears stuck on this screen. Has anyone else had this issue? Were you able to get it corrected?
Check your Bluetooth setting… the app needs Bluetooth for phone to Scale X communication.

On Android, make sure you also have enabled the Permission for Nearby Devices. This is required for BlueTooth devices
