Actually, I’m pissed off enough to take down my Cam Pans and smash them too. Just go with a different brand that actually cares about quality of service.
Okay. I just got off the phone with support, who had me submit a log (Yes, actual live person in this day and age). I’ll hold off on scrapping my Wyze products for now, but the idea is already on my mind and I get very stubborn when products do not work as advertised.

Five days and no follow-up. I’m done with Wyze. I went out and bought a Withings Body Smart from Best Buy, synced it to their app on my phone, used the scale, data was synced with Health Connect and visible in Samsung Health right away. I’m not going to actually smash my current Wyze products, but they no longer have a use in my home. I’ve canceled my Cam Plus and exported my health data that it wouldn’t sync to just enter manually sometime. Once I’ve gotten everything squared away, I will request my account be permanently deleted.
