As reported by others, my Scale X is completely dead. Done battery change and reset but it is impossible to revive and bluetooth never turns on. Stepping on it obvously doesn’t work either. My wife’s iPhone cannot connect to it either.
It was a bad experience bying this product. During most of the time Wyze ignored users complaining that selecting metric units only worked for one person and the rest of the family had to use imperial. Eventually (after years) Wyze finally bothered to react since another use had managed to find a work-around that pointed at what bad programming must have been the cause. Cheap products without quality we can buy in abundance but I didn’t think Wyze had joined the club.
