I recently purchased the Wyze Scale X and can’t connect it to my iPhone. I keep getting messages that either the pairing failed or there is not enough power. I bought and installed fresh batteries. Went through all the troubleshooting steps I can find, restarting and cycling devices, Bluetooth and the app. Everything is up to date except can’t confirm the Scale X firmware since I can’t make a connection to it. I saw that Android users were having the same problem but I’m iPhone / iOS16.6. Tried my iPad too and no luck. Submitted a Log ID: 1151149.
Same situation here. I’ve tried all the recommended suggestions with no success. I’ve submitted a ticket, but no response yet.
