I don’t have the original Scale, so I don’t know what differences there might be with that, but I’d probably be inclined to submit a log and follow that up by creating a Support ticket that includes the Log ID you generate. If you’re sure you’re doing everything else correctly, then I’m struggling to understand the problem, and I’d wonder if a log would help the engineers determine where it is.
I don’t know exactly when they did it, but I will say that they finally fixed a spelling error that I reported well over a year ago, though they still need to make other improvements to the way the data is formatted in the export.
