Submitted a log after several attempts to no avail. No error message appeared after export requests. Data appears just fine in the app.
App v 3.5.0.664, android v15, Samsung s24 ultra. Hardware WHSCL1.
Edit: did with an iPhone and another email account, neither worked.

This is not helpful but I am having the same issue.
iOS
Firmware 1.1.4
When I needed a verification code to login, the email showed up within seconds.
When I request an export to the same email - nothing.

My original post was a day before a new app version, released May 23. That app version doesn’t fix the issue either.

Oh damn, I was hoping the next app version would fix it but I guess not.
Did the app releases fix it/break it or was it something else?

Just downloaded July update, still no export functionality.

Still broken on android v3.7
