Multifloor mapping will definitely give the product edge over the competition. It has been almost 6 months after the announcement; is this feature ready to be released to general users yet?

BTW, I signed up for the beta and updated to the beta app a couple of days back and I still do not see the beta FW for the robot vacuum on the app (still at 1.6.113). Am I missing something?

I signed up for Beta, followed the prompt to update the firmware, signed out of the the app, signed back in, and multifloor mapping was available.

I like the spot cleaning option available in Beta.

User suggestion: It would nice to have a ā€œDouble Cleanā€ option as extra option within the spot cleaning option, or for wider usage. The Double Clean option would clean the same area for a second time, but during the second time it would follow a path that is perpendicular to the first path.

This would be particularly useful on carpets because the vacuum sometimes slides and does not completely cover all of the area.

WRV definitely needs a double clean or enhanced clean option! There are times where I have to rerun over a spot 2-3 times to get everything, especially with dog hair.

I assume Multi-floor Mapping is still in beta? Any idea when it will be released into production? I just picked up a vacuum on Black Friday, and used it yesterday for the first time in our basement. We have three floors, and Iā€™d really like to keep the maps since Iā€™ve already named the rooms, set up no-go zones, etc. Thanks!

Iā€™ve installed the beta version and multi-floor is working well. I really hope weā€™ll be able to keep our maps when this goes live. I spent a fair amount of time getting three floors set up correctly.

It would be great if we could back up and restore copies of our maps.

I just installed the beta version but I donā€™t see the multi-level option described in this video, Is is somewhere is now? If so, where is it?

Thanks so much phillbran - I didnā€™t do those steps before but am now doing them and am currently installing some sort of update to the Wyze. Iā€™m assuming that this will grant me permissions to use the multilevel mapping. If not, Iā€™ll be back to discuss.
