Anyone else get a response from Wyze when you post a negative review on the outdoor cam battery life being crappy that’s generic and has nothing to do with your topic? 1st I was like, what? Then just started laughing in that she tells me how to charge the cam by using the base or plugging it into a charger directly. None of that answers why Wyze battery life not holding a charge and it diminishes after the 2nd full charge. It’s better to not respond than to answer with stupidity. There’s a reason why you can’t rebuttal to their responses.
