Wyze qnd new asus bt10

So here is my issue. I have currently an aimesh, with two asus ax6600 and one asus xc5. Im dropping my dar cams more often, and wanted to expand my network. I purchased a asus bt10, deleted my entire aimesh, and set it up with the bt10 as primary and my other 3 as nodes. All my wuze stuff went hayware, connect for 1 minute and then drrop for like 10. Pan cams, cam v3, floodlight pro, floodlologht v2, and wyze locks. Nothing. I had my security at wpa, and turned off wif7, but nothing worked. I scrapped the new mesh and wemt to old with a deadish spot. I dont wanna buy a 1 or 3 year old router new, but if I cant connect any wyze stuff its no go. Asus had no idea what thenissue might be, so I ask all you wizened wyze members. Thank you,
Vince

Most new routers default to WPA3 or WPA2/3. Make sure it is WPA2 only.

Also make sure universal beamforming is disabled on at least the 2.4ghz band, and airtime fairness as well.

Are you sure your nodes are functioning properly? Maybe the cams are all trying to connect to the main router.

I am pretty sure my wifi was wpa2. Also, i just noticed all my floodloghta are acting like newly set up. It is asking me to configure all 3 of my floodloghta, like the first time when I connected them. The nodes were all working, I couls see it on the asus website and on app. Im gonna re-try without taking apart the ai mesh again this weekend when I get some time, but I will definitely double check the wpa2. Thanks.

Did you use the same wifi name and password?

I had it working with a new router for 2 weeks. My ISP went down, had to reset router, because ISP told me line was fine.and my router was problem. I factory reset the router, loaded thensaved working settings, and it stopped working. Turn off 6gh amd wifi 7. WPA 2personal. Every setting that worked perfectly 1 day before now stopped working. I returned the router and just bought an extra mesh node thensame exact model as I had. It will work for the time being, but it worked perfectly, saved the setup. Factory reset router, loaded working setup and it stopped working.

Restoring a saved config can be problematic. It may have been the settings from before you figured out what was wrong, or it may have just corrupted things when you restored. Generally speaking, you should only restore a config if there has been no firmware update since you saved the config, and even then it isn’t a guarantee.

Try resetting and configuring from scratch again. Obviously make sure your wifi name and password are the same as before.

I just gave up on it. It was a shame, because the distance that the signal went was significant, but needing to shut off the 6ghz band and disble the wifi 7 made the whole thing pointless, those were the major selling points. My garage door opener was also hailving ttoubles with the new router. Just went wit anothe exact node of what I had with ethernet backhaul closer to the spots where I kept losing my signal. Thanks for your input.
