WYZE Plug schedule - timer problem

That’s great news. Hooray for workarounds! I gotta think they do know but it might be worth submitting a support ticket just in case.

There is another thread that popped up with (roughly) the same question. Maybe it’s a new issue that is coming up more as their customer base grows.

Have you heard anything about the wyze plug being able to accept local times? They send all the data to their servers and send it back, but was there any plan to make it store times locally? I bought a TPlink casa smar plug and it doesnt send any data back, but I bought a bunch of these and dont want to send them back,

I know the Outdoor Plug has a local schedule that doesn’t send anything across the network. The indoor plugs do not, as far as I know.

I see im not the only one. My Halloween decorations were turning on and off at random times while all items were on the same rule automation. Now i had some of my xmas lights turn on at 9am or so, I dont understand it. Im ready to go back to manual timers.
