Wyze Pan V3 not staying connected to TP Link Deco S4

I just set up a TP Link Deco S4 mesh wifi system and I cannot get my V3’s to stay connected. Wifi name and password are both the same. They initially connect, as I get a notification on my phone when they are initially set up, but then I get offline notices when I try to access to cameras from the Android app. I had no issues previously on my standard TP Link router, and I have gone as far as to change the whole mesh network to 2.4ghz only. The only camera that worked without any issue at all is my floodlight camera. That thing didn’t care in the slightest, lol. All 5 of my V3 Pans are out of commission right now, and they are anywhere from 6 feet to 20 feet from an access point, so we shouldn’t be dealing with any signal issues. I’m a career tech support specialist, so setting this up is right in my wheelhouse, but I’m at a loss. I’m open to any and all suggestions.

As another note, I deleted the camera and started over on one. When I set the camera up, everything fine. I scan the QR code, it accepts it, sends me a notification that it recognized movement on the camera (me), and then it just won’t connect. When I check the router and see my connected devices, they show connected on the 2.4ghz band but there is no data coming through them, but they do show up in the router.

I checked other threads and the last one I found is 21 days old. It mentioned a security issue with the cameras that may be causing this. Is there any movement on that possibility? Thanks!

Edit:
I found that I have a single camera (V3 Pan) that is working. It is on 4.50.4.7252. It is closest to the “main” router. Most of my cameras are on the same firmware and are not connecting. Perhaps it has something to do with them trying to connect ot that main device and not the satellites?

I have tried the Deco P4, Deco X30, and Deco X60 - All of which had problems with streaming and/or connecting. I ended up getting the Asus Xt8 and all my issues went away. I then purchased the Wyze Routers (Standard) and then the Pro’s. All of which had no issues with streaming.

Not saying that the Deco is an issue as many others have TPLink and seems to be working fine.

What helped me out was to turn off the Trend Micro options. you can try that as well and see if things get better.

So, I have some more info. It seems it’s the online playback from the cameras that are failing. When I set this up it was late and I wasn’t getting any events, but lo and behold, I wake up the next day and I still have events being recorded to my phone. These I can watch, and I can download and watch events on my PC.

So, it seems the issue is that I cannot live stream the cameras to my PC or phone because something isn’t playing nice with the mesh network. I can watch events on either.

Watching the live stream on these camera is half of why I bought them, so I hope this issue can be resolved soon. Both my floodlights work fine, and the only V3 I have been able to stream is right next to the main access point. I hope this can be resolved, with six cameras, having half down is a real hit to the usability. I hope this information helps, and I’m willing to supply whatever is necessary to help resolve as well!
