Wyze page not showing subscriptions

How did you purchase the subscription(s)? If you’re looking at the My Services page (https://my.wyze.com/account/services) in Wyze Web Portal but not seeing them there, then what about in the app at  Account ➜ Services? My understanding is that subscriptions purchased directly from Wyze via their Web site can’t be managed in the app and vice versa.
