On the Wyze app through Android, when I check the order status of an additional chime I place on July 20 it says “Processing”. When I check Wyze through my computer it says “Pick/Pack”. I received an email announcing additional chimes were available for immediate shipping, yet here I am 9 days later with no “item has shipped” notification. Is anyone else having the same issues?
