My order was placed Dec 22 , 2021 - Wyze charged my credit card on Dec 23 - They sent an email stating the order shipped with a tracking number on Dec 26th as items were in stock… When I contacted customer service on Jan 3rd-- they stated - oh sorry – " we DIDN’T ship it…" … but it could January as early as January 6th -
Shame on me ! ----> Lesson learned-- Don’t ever buy a "Covid test kit " from a BS company that sells cameras ! Terrible customer service and Last purchase ever from these "wanna bees "
