Can I use my unused Wyze Wi-fi 6 mesh routers as a WiFi extender?

I don’t have a Wyze mesh router, but if you find it will not work I just bought a TP-Link AC1200 and very happy with it.

One note, I keep all my Wyze cameras on my main Linksys WiFi router and use the extender for my tablets as I roam around my house.

In order to do so you’ll probably need to run them in bridge mode. That means they’ll just expand your existing network and use all the same IP addressing. You may need to tweak the SSID name on the Wyze routers so as not to conflict with any existing SSID. I use my Wyze routers to do basically this same setup, but more to isolate my IoT devices on a separate subnet.
