I can’t seem to change the notifications on my wyze lock like I used to . The button does nothing. It works on my wife’s iPhone though. The only difference is I’m using the beta version of the app. Should I leave the beta version to see if that cures it.
I’m having the same issue and I’m using the latest release. Also, I have Cam plus lite and I can no longer filter “Persons”, it just keep bugging me to subscribe to Cam plus every time I try to filter to people.
I recently (within last 3 weeks) bought and installed my wyze lock. During setup I enabled all notifications (door lock/unlock/open/close). Now it’s getting to be a bit too much. Problem is I can’t seem to change it. Clicking on Notifications does nothing, even if I am right beside the door connected via Bluetooth. I’ve already updated the app and firmware to latest, and I still can’t make any changes to notifications.
I have the same issue. Nothing seems to be working with the notification button. Mine hasn’t been working for over a month now at least. I have the latest software as well.
