If you’re wise lock after time seems not to be recognizing the new batteries that you replace All you need to do is update the little round thing that you plug into the wall near your wise lock. To do this just push the little button on the top until it’s flashing red and green then reconnect to your internet, afterwards everything will work again just fine.

Thanks. This still appears to be an issue as I got hit with it in Jan/25. One good thing is that when I set my two WYZE locks up, each needed its own gateway. When I reset it with whatever releases are now installed, I could ONLY get one gateway working. Fortunately, that gateway now services both locks so I could put one aside.
Truth be told, this one had me looking for alternatives. The bug hit me as I was leaving town on a trip where I had forgotten to lock one door and could not, as a result, lock it remotely. Fortunately, a cat watcher was stopping by that day and locked it for me the old fashioned way.
