I have my lock set to autolock after 1 minute. Tonight, it hasn’t been auto locking - I’ve tried recalibrating, but the issue still occurs.
I have a Wyze Lock 1st generation.
So it sounds like it used to work, but now it doesn’t.
Try toggling off the autolock, save the setting change, exit the app; open the app again, then set autolock back up.
Sometimes I have see rare situations where the app will show something as on, but a recent app update or something will toggle it off even though it is SHOWING that it is. Then doing the above fixes that rare situation.
If you’re still having problems, you could try setting the lock back up from scratch, or contact support to see what’s going on:
